Switch ender dragon / end crash

When respawning the ended dragon the game would usually crash halfway through the boss fight so I saved after I got 7 end gates, Saved in the end and now my world has completely crashed and will never load.

 

edit: I have now tried to look for corrupt data on the app and it has caused the entire switch to crash and a manual reboot is required this is a serious issue
