Game is crashing to Purple Error Screen stating "You are out of data Storage Space and Minecraft is unable to save your progress"

I updated to 1.13.0 this morning and ever since at regular intervals I've been getting an error screen stating that I don't have enough storage to continue. I have almost 700 Gigs of free space on my C Drive, so space cannot be the issue. I started this file on 7-17-2017 so I have over two years invested in this file. The file itself is close to 4 Gigs, as I have filled out over 120 maps and built multiple large cities.

My RAM is great too, it's not a memory issue.
