Final Fantasy XV skin pack issue

I don't know if this affecting other skin packs but when I try to log into my realm on my PC with a FFXV skin the game's saying the skin isn't multiplayer supported. I was able to log into the realm before the update and even yesterday but now they're platform restricted.  The skin pack was NOT restricted when I bought it.
