I physically Cannot load the game. I press my world to load into it but it gets stuck on a “loading skin” skin. Please fix.

The game will not load. I press my world link and it gets stuck on a “loading skin” screen and never goes away. Only like once a day can I get on the world. 9/10 Tries ends up in this conclusion. Please get us a hot is for this, I really am dying to play more raids...
