glitches everywhere, i can see through pistons and glitches with the mobs

as I open my minecraft for me tofinish my unfinish building, I saw some glitches from blocks and mobs. I tried to restart the game but the glitch is still there. the game is still playable but for me its not comfortable to play with glitches
