Mobs with elytras can have the cape texture if the player has the cape enabled

Mobs (e.g zombies) with elytras can have the cape texture on them. I don't know if this is intentional.

How to Reproduce (Requires a cape)

Have a cape on (Pancape/Founders Cape)
Spawn husk
Place dispenser and put the elytra inside
Put a lever and press it.
