Random crashes wihle traveling. (Game shutdown/8 times in 2h)

Random crashes,during Gameplay with a custom skin.(and rendering issue).I can't play with my custom skin without crashes.I have to play with a default skin or a skinpck.But the 3D model is buggy spacialy wihle swimming.
