Crashing During Gamplay

Every time I play on my Minecraft survival world, it keeps on crashing at random points for no reason! For example, I could be building a new shop and my game would freeze crash, or I could be fighting mobs and the game would. It has only started after the update. I am hoping that this issue can be rectified, thank you!
