Xbox one x performance is bad.

This doesn't just apply to the 1.13 update this has been like this for way to long. Loading up the game takes anywhere from 1 to 4 minutes. Loading up my private world's can take anywhere from 2 to 8 minutes to load or they just freeze. In private world the frame rate is just bad.
