Minecraft PE version 1.13 does not load

I've had no trouble with this game after playing it for over two months. Yesterday it would not load. This was still the previous version of the game. I deleted it and found there was a new version upon reinstalling. This version will not load either. I tried deleting and reinstalling again, but no change.
