Progress Lost After Logging Off

Since the latest update, earlier this week, I am continuously having issues with my progress being lost after I log off and then log back on. This is on my Realms and when I check the back ups, they are not the last progress I made. Game seems to be converting to the latest backup instead of my most recent progress. Very frustrating especially when I am AFK'ing at my guardian farm, I checked my chest before logging off last night. When I logged on this morning my chest were about half of what they were last night (UGH!).
