Skin won't load, cannot play

It says my skin will not load and I cannot play the game. I have let it sit for over an hour loading and it never loaded the skin to let me play I have restarted my Xbox One, turned it on and off many many times, and also deleted minecraft and re-downloaded it and it still doesn't work.
