The skin pack doesn't show up.

I purchased a skin pack from MinecraftPE, but it doesn't show up.
Both the skin selection screen and the market place do not show only the skin with gray background and cannot go into details.

As the previous question was old, I will ask it as a bug for a newer version.

I tried to uninstall the app, reboot my cell phone, log in again after logging out, but as always, the skin packs I have not purchased are shown, but only those I purchased are not shown.
