Traveling throught nether portal causes teleporting to wrong place

When you travel throught Portal you are teleported to wrong location

(being in portal at 200 50 300 in nether will teleport you to same cordinates in overworld but the right location would be 1600 50 2400) it happens about at rate 1/20(NO THIS DOESNT HAPPEN WHEN I EAT IT HAPPENS NO MATTER WHAT I DO)

it happens 100% of those times when traveling from nether to overworld 

and I was playing on realm when this keep happening
