Travel direction reversing in creative

Since the 1.13.0 update, while flying in creative, my direction will suddenly switch from forward to backward or left to right and vice verse while I am still travelling in the original direction. I tried switching controllers, starting a new world, and using a different profile. It happens, regardless. It is random when it happens and doesnt last long, but it happens often.
