Unable to connect to world

So i wanted to play with my friend survival but if i try to join his world or he trying to join my world it says: Unable to connect to world we tried all settings but nothing worked. Im playing in Windows 10 edition and my friend is playing in nintendo switch edtition. BUT we still can play on server. Since 1.12 it didn´t work. We are in the same version. And i find this very common.

I thought it would fix in the new version but it still not fixed
