Minecraft crashes 30 seconds after loading a world in bedrock 1.13.0

I wanted to try out the new skin customization feature nut when i booted up a world after about 30 seconds minecraft crashed which suprized me alot because my should be able to run it. Because i have a decent core (i5 8th gen) I have never had this issue till' this update.
