Chests, ender chests, barrels, and shulker boxes take too long to close when screen animations are enabled

Summary

When exiting a chest, ender chest, barrel or shulker box, there is a 1 second delay before the closing animation plays. Before 1.13.0, the closing animation would play immediately after exiting.

This only occurs when screen animations are enabled.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enable screen animations.
2. Open a chest.
3. Exit the chest.

Observed Results:

A 1 second delay is present before the closing animation is played.

Expected Results:

The closing animation is played immediately.
