Capes/elytras are not showing up on imported skins

So basically I just updated to the latest bedrock version and the first thing I did was try to equip a cape with my custom skin, but it didn't show up so I restarted the game but it was still happening, I then tried just entering a world but it was still not showing up, I then noticed that my elytra was also not showing up either so I decided to just report this bug. My guess is that models on your back such as an elytra, or a cape doesn't show up on imported skins. You can still see capes and elytras on purchased skins fine.
