Quartz stairs are still not craftable as of 0.7.4

What I expected to happen was...:
With the 0.7.4 update I should be able to craft Quartz Stairs

What actually happened was...:
Chiseled and Pillar Quartz are now craftable, but you still can't craft Quartz stairs.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load up a survival world
2. Look in the stone cutter
3. Quartz stairs are not there
