Skin won’t load thus I’m invisible and menu screen is incredible zoomed in

Hi again. 

 As I mentioned in the title. My skin won’t load and the menu screen is zoomed in enough to start making it harder for me to see. I have an eye stigmatism and I where glasses, but my eyes are still straining to see what I’m looking at.
