Personal system is broken offline

So I bought the stranger things skin pack and it's now in my owned section but some that are purchasable skin packs that I haven't bought a peer on the owned slot also whenever I try to pick skins online it forces me to go to the store I can cancel it and I can still equip the skin the problem is since the skin isn't loading to the marketplace whenever I open my minecraft again it goes back to Steve and Alex please make some of the persona system offline
