Hotbar icons covered up

This is the summary of the bug I am having

Well my iPod touch is jailbroken and I have I file for changeing the modes but I think I might have hit something whan I was in ifile and now I cannot see the little icons on the hotbar they are covered up with squares I have looked though ifile but I have not found anything
