EDIT: FIXED------------ Time to Stew achievement doesn't appear on Windows Phone

As mentioned in the title, the new Time to Stew achievement doesn't appear on Windows Phone. It still shows 103 achievements for a total of 2380 Gamerscore. The 104th achievement time to stew for 20 gamerscore does not appear, despite the fact that all other versions have received it.
