issues with importing custom skin

won't let me upload a new custom skin, it shows the same two on the models when asking if i'd like steve model or alex. you can see in the video i'm selecting other skins, but they never show up. 

also my current skin is meant to have different sock heights, but with the new update they are the same, however you can still see the black dots overlay where the top of the sock was on the lower side.
