Character Creator is Slow!

Character Creator takes sooooo long to load, it seems to be having a really hard time loading the clothing tabs, i have fabulous internet, just updated from 1.12 (which never lagged) i don"t know whats going on, hope this is fixed soon! This is on Windows 10 pc!
