Can't craft Quartz Stairs in the Stonecutter

Quartz Stairs not available in the Stonecutter

What I expected to happen was...:
I was looking though the Stonecutter to make Quartz Stairs

What actually happened was...:
They didn't have the Quart Stairs!

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Crafted the Stonecutter
2. ... I was looking for Quart Stairs
3. ... They didn't have the Quart Stairs!
