Multiplayer Restricted Skin

I have a problem every time I start the game and select one of the worlds to play, the following message always appears:

I always have the skin Steve selected by default, I have already tried different skins and no matter which one I choose, the same message always appears to me and the problem is that afterwards I cannot play multiplayer with my friends. 

I have already uninstalled and installed the game several times but it doesn't work, I also created a new Microsoft and Xbox account but it doesn't work either.

Can I help me, please?
