(MCPE) People Cant See MY Chat In Servers

First of all, I play on the newest version of MCPE and this has been happening for at least 6 months it started in febuary or march 2019 I can type fine and see my own chat as can Kim the bot on the LifeBoat server but other players cant see it and I cant see others chat either, any tips on how to fix this?**
