Realms "Maintenance" constantly + can't join realm

For Xbox One and Windows 10:

 

Our realm tells us there is "server maintenance" constantly, and kicks us from the realm! We haven't been able to play on the realm for more than a few minutes at a time!

 

After the "server maintenance," we cannot join the realm for a while!
