Global recourse pack not loading

I was in a stronghold I found the library. I got 2 mending enchantment books. Then I went and enchanted my diamond sword with mending. Finally, I saved and quit to title and it said "global recourse pack failed to load" Then I got back on minecraft and the loot had changed and it had deleated about 5 minutes of work as a result I only got a lure 3 enchantment book. Please fix this it is very annoying. I was also playing with 2 other people and had been playing for 15 minutes at a drowned zombie spawner farm.
