Add bluetooth keyboard support now that iPadOS adds mouse support

There was a 2017 decision on MCPE-13859 not to add keyboard support.

However, in the meantime Apple has added mouse support to iPadOS.

I think this is a good reason to reconsider this issue.

 

I'm on iPadOS 13.1.3 on an Ipad Air (3rd gen) with a HAMA bluetooth keyboard and

a mouse connected via USB adapter.

The keyboard can be used to enter text during chatting but not to navigate in Minecraft.
