Real chance of enchanted book when fishing

I have a rod with a [Luck of the Sea III, Unbreaking III, Lure III, Mending I].

Catches:

• Fish x169
• Junk x8
• Treasure x16

Treasures:

• Name Tag x5
• Lily Pad x4
• Nautilus Shell x1
• Saddle x3
• Fishing Кod x2
• Bow x1

So there is the question: what is a real chance for each of treasure? Actually I'm trying to catch an enchanted book, but there is no a single one. Is it just my bad luck, or is something really wrong?
