Game takes 5+ minutes to load.

Hard to tell if this is a bug, (sorry if it isn't) but the game does take 5+ minutes to load on occasion on my pc. This is not because my pc is terrible, it's a $3000 computer, so it shouldn't have issues loading the game. It simple gets stuck on the white screen before the title shows up.
