Sweet berry bushes cannot be planted when aiming at the side of a block

Summary:

Trying to plant a sweet berry bush while aiming at the side of a block is not possible. It can only be planted when aiming at the top of a block, which is inconsistent with other plants in the game. This bug was in Java Edition as well and was fixed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place down a block on top of an area of grass blocks.
2. Try to plant a sweet berry bush while aiming at the side of the block.

Observed Results:

The sweet berry bush cannot be planted.

Expected Results:

The sweet berry bush should be able to be planted.
