xbox x problem

hi i need a bit help yes i have  looked 

i have  got two Xbox ones a Xbox s and Xbox x when i play on the s version minecraft as no issues 

but as soon as i go to play on the Xbox x it crashes not all the time but most times

for example i go to load a game crash

syncing crash

mineing in dirt crash 

then sometimes i can play for an hour or more go to save crash

ive lost so many worlds due to this
