Texture pack won't download

So my friends recommended a texture pack that was for pocket edition, it's an x ray texture pack ( for my own survival ) and I followed all the instructions on the website and everything, I tried to import the file but it ended up saying it was unable to import, I clicked the tab and it said there were no errors. So I assumed that it was the texture pack itself, I ended up trying to do a bunch of others it never worked to I deleted them reinstalled the app itself. It still can't import any pack let alone texture packs. I'm not sure what I haven't tried and desperately need help.
