Android LAN not working (I know it's duplicated but solved at 1.14 !!!)

I know it's a duplicate moderator, but fix that because it seems like you forgot a big bug

Report: When the hotspot is on I enter minecraft the switch is on but when I enter the world it simply disables this option. Please fix this bug.
