Iron Golem Achievement

So, it's kinda obvious where is this going. I can't get the Bodyguard achievement after making an Iron Golem more than 10 times. I did every other achievements without any issues except for the one mentioned above (And the trade 1000 emeralds, but I'm working on it).

I tried every types of pumpkins, from regular to jack o' lanterns. The achievement just can't be unlocked to me.
