Wandering Trader trades disappear

I'm working on a new add-on and the Wandering Trader trades disappear after adding a new custom entity with new custom trade table (via add-on system).  After right clicking on the Wandering Trader, the trade UI appears but there are no trades in the UI.

 

I have checked Villagers and they do NOT seem to be affected.
