Bad Fps in Huawei Y6 Pro

When the aquatic update release...the game gives a bad optimization in my Cherry Mobile (1gb,7.0) even Huawei Y6 Pro (3gb,9.0) 

It should add some optimal features for low end phone like animation of grass(forgot name) underwater,disable bubbles and more...
