I can't get my hotbar back or any of my controls and I can't move.

One time I went on to Minecraft and I could find my hotbar, it would only appear if I tapped it. So I played around with the settings a bit and now I can't move because all my controls are gone, I am not sure what to do!! I have a Microsoft account called sxnflowxrss in case that helps.
