Repeated Crash & Rollback events on Minecraft Realm

Bedrock 10+ Realm with 5000 members regularly crashing for 10 minutes and rolling back 20 minutes. Crash occurs at random intervals and we haven't found a way of forcing it or making it repeatable, but it happens between 5 and 10 times per day even when there is only 1 player online. When the crash occurs, blocks become unbreakable and players stop moving although they are not disconnected automatically.
