Minecraft store 'furniture modern' is misleading and a scam and constantly bugs out.

On my brothers Nintendo switch he had some money and decided to purchase minecoins and purchased the 'furniture modern' pack. not only was it misleading for children (it only worked with the world that came with the pack) but the only world it worked on wouldn't load and just crashed the app.Please fix or money back.
