Ran out of red mushrooms

I looked around for a while until I found some red mushrooms. I accidentally used all of them to make mushroom stew.

What I expected to happen was that more would grown or I could find more.

What actually happened was I ran out and now can't utilize mushroom farming and I can't make soup

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Find all mushrooms
2. Use all of them to make stew
