when playing minecraft on Xbox one, game freezes, this is a digital download copy, no other downloaded games freeze up. xbox assist couldn't find problem on there end.

when trying to play Minecraft on my Xbox one game freezes. have done everything Xbox recommended and even called their help line and they tried a few things nothing helps. this is a digital download , tried other download game and am not having issues with them. any suggestions? have had this game downloaded since 2017 and never had problems before.
