Keep getting kicked from the realm. Losing hours of progress

We have repeatedly had issues of the realm kicking everyone out and then not being able to reconnect for a few hours. Once we are able to reconnect, we find that hours of progress have been lost. This has become incredibly frustrating. It does not matter if one, two or three of us are playing.
