Since 1.12, me and my friends have encountered some crashes

This bug often concerns servers. Although I'm not completely certain what causes these crashes, I'm fairly sure they happen when the player is hit or has ran at a block at a strange angle, sometimes, as an example, when hit onto a cake the game will crash. Sorry if this wasn't particularly informative but this is just what I noticed on the server CubeCraft
