White Screen by logging Microsoft account

Hello. It happens on my iPad mini 1.

 

When I am tap "Log with Microsoft account", it opens browser inside the app, loading and I see only white screen.

 

Closing and opening again can help, but after when I paste email and push "Next", white page again. I can't log in.

 

Microsoft logo and password field can appears, but after that immediately white screen showing
