Chroma Hills + Realm - Players spawn into invisible chunks, losing entire inventory!

Windows 10 and Xbox One.

We have Chroma Hills HD textures on my realm... On occasions, we spawn into an unloaded chunk, making us fall out of the world and lose our entire inventory!  

 

This is VERY discouraging!...
